Join me at the beautiful Cour Avec Vue or an afternoon of dancing and making with others. Beginning with a practice of attunement through somatic foci and expanding into more complex moving, making and improvising with others.  Dancing transforms us, brings breath into our bodymind, opening us to other ways of knowing and being. Together we cultivate embodied intelligence and improvisational ingenuity!
