For these 6-weeks I have an arts residency in Koorabup|Denmark on the south coast of WA. It is the land of the majestic Karri trees. The series will be inspired by my lived experiences and engagement with this place and country.

Somatic foci opens a portal of discovery, generating wonder & curiosity, inspiring us to live with courage and compassion. We will integrate our discoveries through breath, touch and dancing. These 90min Zoom classes support you maintaining your somatic practice whilst creating an opportunity to be in a richly diverse community. Make sure you have enough room to roll, spread, reach and wriggle.
