For these 6-weeks we will cultivate imagination and embodied intelligence through somatic awareness and attunement. My practice and teaching continues to be inspired by my lived experiences and engagement with this place and country.

Somatic foci opens a portal of discovery, generating wonder & curiosity, inspiring us to live with courage and compassion. We will integrate our discoveries through breath, touch and dancing. These 90min Zoom classes support you maintaining your somatic practice whilst creating an opportunity to be in a richly diverse community. Make sure you have enough room to roll, spread, reach and wriggle.
